The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) is pleased to announce the official release of the new RRB Employer Reporting PC Program (v2008) (formerly known as Paradox 9 Runtime on CD-ROM v1999).

If you have been a paper filer in the past, this program will assist you in creating and filing automated service & compensation reports in the new expanded format. This program also allows you to create and file reports for both United States and Canadian employees, and reports of Separation Allowance or Severance Pay. To safeguard the security of the information, this software includes the ability to encrypt and electronically transmit any type of report file to us via e-mail.

Specifically, this version includes the following forms in their new expanded formats:

• Form BA-3, Annual Report of Creditable Compensation
• Form BA-4, Report of Creditable Compensation Adjustments
• Form BA-6a, Form BA-6 Address Report
• Form BA-9, Report of Separation Allowance or Severance Pay (NEW!); and
• Form BA-11, Report of Gross Earnings.

Details about all service and compensation related changes to these forms are available on-line under the Program & Circular letters section. Program letters: PL08-04; PL07-01; PL06-03; PL05-06 and PL05-03 will provide you with all necessary information about changes to the report forms.
