Comparison of numbers of requests received

The RRB experienced an increase in FOIA requests in 2001. This increase was attributed to additional requests for internal promotion panel materiel.

The agency continues to process all non-Inspector General requests within the statutory time limits.

The number of median days for the RRB to respond to a request remained the same.
