Comparison of numbers of
requests received
The RRB experienced a decrease in FOIA requests in 2002. This decrease
is attributed to fewer requests for internal promotion panel materiel.
Comparison of numbers of
requests processed
The agency continues to process all
non-Inspector General requests within the statutory time limits.
Comparison of median numbers
of days requests were pending as of end of fiscal year
The median number of days for the RRB to respond to a request remained
the same. The increase in the processing time for the OIG requests was due
to the need to see what other agencies were releasing to ensure a uniform
response.
