Designed for railroad employees and spouses planning to retire within five
years, Pre-Retirement Seminars offered by the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board
will familiarize attendees with the retirement benefits available to them, and
also guide them through the application process. Sponsored by the Office of the
Labor Member, seminars will be held at a number of locations in 2015.
Registration is required.

Individuals interested in attending a seminar must print and complete one of
the registration forms listed below. Completed forms should be submitted by mail
or fax to the RRB office shown on the form.

Informational Conference Program
The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board's Informational Conference Program began
in October 1957, over 50 years ago. Sponsored by the Office of the Labor
Member, these conferences are conducted at the request of the Chief Executives
of the railway labor unions. They are designed to provide local union
officers with comprehensive information about the benefits available to members
and their families under the railroad retirement and unemployment insurance
systems. By attending these conferences, union officers become better
informed and better able to provide accurate and reliable information to their
