Public Affairs is one of four major components of the Office of Administration.

Led by Acting Director Elizabeth H. Mocek, Public Affairs conducts the RRB’s external communications program and is responsible for media relations, congressional inquiries, and digital/web engagement. Public Affairs also issues press releases and produces a variety of publications and informational materials about the agency’s benefit programs.
